Passage Structure Issue

Good Afternoon,

I have been using the program since fall of 2021. I am working on item banking this week and I have noticed that the Mastery Bank's passages now look like this attachment.

This is extremly confusing for students. Could someone please remove these boxes as they weren't there before?
