Score change- Mastery Connect

Good afternoon,

I have a teacher that reached out to me, Dr. Caroline Whitcomb, because she had two students whose scores changed on their content mastery assessments for 6th grade social studies. She said that she witnessed perfect scores for both students, Ja'merious Appling and Clarence Cook, but not even 10 minutes later she went to pull their scores up on her device and they both went from having perfect scores to both having 40s.

I can not see that they had multiple attempts but I also can't see anything to substantiate the initial perfect scores.

Could someone investigate this for us and let me know what happened?

Hi Rella, 

I know this is super confusing when your learning where to find everything, however, your question can not be answered by people in this forum. Please choose the question mark by your name and then submit a ticket OR contact your admin on the account, they can drill down to specific teachers and students. As a teacher in another state I probably shouldn't be seeing your students names in this forum. I would advise deleting your question and submitting a support ticket.
