Student Ability to Pause and Resume Mastery Connect Formative Assessment

Does the Mastery Connect formative assessment platform allow students to pause and resume an assessment without losing progress on questions already answered?  For example, students are occasionally called to the office, leave early, etc., and their Chromebooks either log them out or they must be logged out until a future time. If there is a simple process that is shareable so I can pass it to our district's teachers, it would be greatly appreciated.
