Student Not Showing Up on MasteryConnect

I am a ninth grade English teacher at Lookout Valley Middle/High School. I have a student who has tried to get on MasteryConnect to take quizzes that I have published but she keeps getting the message "You Don't Have Any Classes Yet" or "No Activities Yet!" - she loads into my tracker, as well as the trackers for other teachers, but none of the work/quizzes/classes actually show up on her end.

I would either contact your district admin for mastery connect or submit a support ticket to mastery connect.
