Student Roster

I have a student on my roster who disenrolled in January of 2024. Her name still appears on my Mastery Connect roster. I have reached out my school principal, the district testing coordinator, as well as IT, but no one has been able to solve this problem. Please advise.

The student record will be on a tracker if there are test results.
