Test is reading in Spanish but it is supposed to be English

One of the tests is reading in Spanish. It is supposed to read it in English. I do not have any settings I see to choose the language of the read aloud. The questions are math questions in English. Please help.

I've a similar situation only it's half in Spanish and the other English and it is supposed to be a ALA format for my English class when I mentioned it to a couple people I felt they believed I had made it up. I had to take a picture of the screen and translate it because I was not even sure where to possibly change how I was viewing it. I still haven't found anything to fix it.
