I still do not have admin access to the 17 schools I support.  When logging onto Mastery Connect through Canvas, it is still a teacher account. See image above.  

I have included a list of schools I support once again for your assistance.   

 Also, my email address is anastasia.campanioni@browardschools.com.  I am still logging in under anastasia.haxton@browardschools.com if this may be the issue.

Are you the Mastery Connect administrator for your district? If so, please reach out to your CSM and they should be able to assist you. If you are not the Mastery Connect administrator for your district, please contact that person and they can adjust your permissions within the platform.
