I have one user getting suspended randomly. Why would that happen?

This can happen if the user is not syncing correctly with your SIS. If this is a user who does not have any sections/enrollment, they will not sync but may be trying to sync if they have an old SIS ID associated with their name. Please reach out to support and they will be able to check the account and the SIS ID.

I would love to know the answer to this. It happens frequently with multiple users on my end.
This is a technical issue due to errors in the data you are syncing with Mastery Connect from your SIS. Please submit a support ticket so they can investigate the problem and analyze the SIS data. You can submit a support ticket by clicking on the question mark next to your name then clicking 'Submit Support Request.'
