The Helpful Resources menu links are updated to direct users to new Instructure Community, Online PD, and Support resources.
Help Center
The Help Center button links to the Instructure Community.
The Mastery Connect Help Center is enhanced with a move to a bigger and better location within the Instructure Community. All Mastery Connect Guides are publicly available to anyone who wants to view or search the Instructure Community. By logging into the Instructure Community with Mastery Connect credentials, users can unlock additional resources:
- Post new messages and reply to other members' posts
- Receive an email when someone responds to a specific post or topic
- Exchange private messages with other members
- Enjoy a personalized Instructure Community experience
- Post comments on blogs
- Post ideas, vote on the ideas, and post comments
Note: Users will need to set up an account in order to participate in the Instructure Community.
Additionally, the Help link in the User menu opens to the Mastery Connect Guides space within the Instructure Community.
Online PD
The Online PD button links to Canvas LMS.
The Online PD platform has migrated to Canvas LMS. Users no longer have access to the Online PD platform through Mastery Connect, but can use SSO to log into Canvas to access Online PD content.
Support Request
The Submit a support request link opens to the support request submission form in the Mastery Connect Support Center.
Users can create a support ticket to report a problem, ask a question, or submit a suggestion.
