Canvas Assignments in Mastery Trackers
Admins and instructors can align a Canvas assignment or graded discussion to a standard and tracker for a more unified integration experience. This alignment automatically adds the Canvas assignment or graded discussion into the user’s Mastery Tracker, and receives Mastery results when the student submissions are scored.
Institutions that use both Canvas and Mastery Connect can create student work in either platform and link it between Mastery Connect and Canvas. Canvas displays a new Standard Alignment setting in courses that have linked a Mastery Tracker to their Canvas course.
The aligned Canvas assignment displays in the Mastery Tracker. Student scores from the Canvas gradebook automatically populate in the tracker.

Student Assessment Header Enhancement
The student assessment header is updated to display the student name more prominently in the student assessment experience.
The student name displays above the assessment name. This update helps ensure students are in the correct assessment.
Item Flagging for MIB and MIBS
Item flagging is available for Mastery Item Bank (MIB) and Mastery Item Bank Supplemental (MIBS) to facilitate easy communication when an item requires a review. This feature contributes to the process of keeping Instructure item banks current and accurate.
Clicking the new Flag icon marks a MIB or MIBS item in need of review for issues like typos, factual errors, or inconsistencies. The Flag icon displays in the Item Bank and in the assessment editor item search area.
