Summary

Curriculum Map authors can specify the behavior that trackers see when an assessment is deleted from the curriculum map.

Options available are:

• From curriculum map only: This selection removes the assessment only from the curriculum map. All versions of the assessment in trackers, including those with and without scores, are preserved.
• From unscored trackers: This selection removes the assessment from the curriculum map and deletes all unscored versions from Trackers. Scored versions will not be deleted.

• From all trackers: This selection removes the assessment from the curriculum map and deletes all versions of this benchmark from trackers, including all scores.

Change Benefit

This update provides Curriculum Map Authors and District Curriculum teams with more options for managing assessment delivery through curriculum maps. 

Feature Workflow

Curriculum Maps and Trackers: Assessment

From the Curriculum Map, locate an assessment in the map to remove [1]. Click the Options icon [2] and then click the Remove link [3].

Curriculum Maps and Trackers: Remove Assessment

In the Remove Assessment modal, choose the preferred option for removing the assessment. Curriculum Map Authors can remove the assessment from the curriculum map only, unscored trackers, or all trackers. 

To remove the assessment, click the Remove button.

District Assessment Results Dashboard School Chart Link

Summary

In the District Assessment Results chart, selecting a school automatically filters the displayed data to that specific school, rather than navigating to the School Overview Dashboard.

Change Benefit

This update provides District-level Administrators with a more streamlined method to drill down into school-level assessment results.

Summary

District Administrators can filter by teachers and trackers from the District Overview Dashboard, the Assessment Results Dashboard, and the Assessment Comparison Dashboard.

Change Benefit

District-level administrators can more easily get to teacher or tracker level data.

District-level Analytics Dashboard: Filter

In the District-level analytics dashboard, click the Filter button.

Teacher and Tracker Filters

In the filter tray, select the desired criteria from the Teacher drop-down filter [1] and/or the Tracker drop-down filter [2]. Then click the Apply button [3].

Summary

An access point to the Analytics Overview Dashboard is available within Trackers. 

Change Benefit

This update allows Teachers to directly access the Analytics Overview Dashboard from a tracker, with the dashboard view automatically filtered to that specific tracker’s data.
