The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December. Read our blog post for more info about this change.
Some days, self-care looks like rest. Other days, it’s showing up for therapy, journaling your truth, or simply breathing through the moment. Healing isn’t linear — it’s layered, messy, and deeply human.
I’ve learned that strength isn’t about holding everything together. It’s about knowing when to let go, when to ask for support, and when to give yourself grace. You can’t pour from an empty cup — and you don’t have to prove your worth by running on empty.
So today, I’m reminding you (and myself):
✨ You are allowed to rest.
✨ You are worthy of peace.
✨ You are not alone.
Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. You matter — not just for what you do, but for who you are.
