Easier grading / batch grading

Is there any possibility to have a feature that allows instructors to grade quiz questions as a batch - see all question 1 responses, question 2, etc.; and to remain more consistent in large classes, to track credit (partial or full) given for each question?

This is a really great idea. Often as an instructor you are able to better provide feedback for one question at a time - you aren't constantly changing thought processes from one question to the next. When I use to grade tests on paper this was something I did as a Chemistry teacher because I could go through and look at everyone's number one and really focus on feedback of that one question - it helped me give better feedback. In speedgrader this would be amazing especially for short answer questions.
