I want to print or export the New Quizzes Quiz and Item Analysis Report to have a record before making decisions about adding points or regrading individual questions. Is there a way I can do this?
Solved! Go to Solution.
By default, right clicking in Edge and selecting print will only print the current screen.
Select all the data in the report, then right click and select print to .pdf (or a physical printer).
This will print everything that you have highlighted, not just the first screen.
This is an issue for me as well - as I want to be able to check things on paper and see how they compare to previous years. Also, I have a data file I am adding to that tracks how students did on questions from a year to year basis.
Sincerely, Mary

Staff in my buidling are invested in analyzing data to inform instruction. We need a solution to download and manipulate this data.
I also need this option to make the best use of the quizzes in my classes.
Yes, please. I really need to be able to download quiz data for ABET reporting.
Right click on report, click on Print, instead of printing, change it to save as PDF.
I may be doing it wrong, but when I try this it will only print/save what is visible on the screen at that time. Do I have to scroll down and print until I have it all printed or is there a way to print/save as PDF all the data at once?
Yes, please. Teachers need to be able to view reports like Classic quizzes shows - with student names next to scores and teachers need the option to download the full report. Please add this feature!
I agree. There needs to be an easier way to print the item analysis. It is possible to print it. But you have to go to "file" on the browser menu and use print from there. If you try to right click in the screen it is only going to give you what is visible.
Thanks for the tip.
How did this work for you? In Google Chrome, there isn't a "file" button but when I go to the 3 dots in the upper right corner to print it still only wants to print the viewable area.
If you use Firefox, right-click on the report itself and then choose This Frame > Print Frame. That will print the entire report.
Sad they don't give you a print-to-pdf or export feature for this. The reports are useful but I do like to save them for historical reasons and to hone future quiz questions.

This worked in Opera as well.
This is a poor solution to the problem. The .pdf generated has characters overwritten. This is not the way to generate a report in modern times.
The solution is unacceptable. It puts page breaks in the middle of problems and there isn't a way to analyze the data.
