Mastery Paths Not Working After Migrating Classic Quizzes to New Quizzes and Importing

I migrated a Classic Quiz with Mastery Paths to New Quizzes and then imported it into another course. However, after the import, the Mastery Paths did not function correctly.

After troubleshooting, I found that the original developer had created the quiz in Classic Quizzes with Mastery Paths and later migrated it to New Quizzes. While it seemed to work fine in their course, the Mastery Paths configuration broke after I imported it into mine.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Are there known limitations when:

1.                   Migrating Classic Quizzes with Mastery Paths to New Quizzes?
2.                   Migrating Classic Quizzes with Mastery Paths to New Quizzes and then importing them into another course?

Are there any solutions to ensure Mastery Paths function correctly after migration and import?
