My tool identification quiz ran into some grading issues. My students complained that several of their correct answers were counted as incorrect, and when I went to grade the questions all of the answers would "puddle" at certain questions which made manual grading incredibly silly (see attached image for reference).
Does anyone know what is going on here, or what steps I might take to correct this issue?
