[ARCHIVED] New Quizzes: Unlock for a student after the assignment is closed

I am an instructor and would like to unlock a quiz for a student after the assignment has closed. This was really easy to do with the old quizzes, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it with the new quizzes.

To reach the settings to add a differentiated due date, you need to go to the edit on the three dot menu of that quiz on the assignment tab and select more options.  However, there is currently something stopping students from taking the quiz if their adjusted dates are after the "everyone else" until date.  You can change the everyone else until date, (but then everyone will have access to the quiz.)  Alternatively, use the copy to tool to copy the quiz back into the same course.  Then assign the copied quiz to only the student you are giving more time to, and then mark that student excused from the original quiz. 

There is a solution in beta testing for student access with differentiated due dates and until dates and also for a way to access due dates from screens other than the assignment tab, so neither should be an issue for very long.
