New Quizzes and Outcomes

Hi everyone - I hope someone can point me in the right direction... Two quesitons

1 - Whom do I contact to get the PA Standards ( Outcomes) imported into our Canvas instance?

2 - After attaching Outcomes to a New quiz question is there a way to see OVER TIME how student(s) are doing on this specific outcome?
