New Quizzes

We really need an ability for teachers to "PAUSE" a student test.

I put a test in New Quizzes and many students did not finish it. It is Friday. I don't want them taking it over the weekend. I need the ability to pause the test so they can resume it on Monday. Today I locked the test with plans to open it back up on Monday, but I don't know how that will work.

You might want to consider submitting this to the Ideas and Themes area here in the Community.  I found a previously submitted Feature Idea, but it has been archived.  (I'm not sure if it's at all related to what you've described above, though.)

If you want to submit a new Idea here in the Community, please take a look at the following Guides listed under "Ideas and Themes" at: Instructure Community Guide - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com).  Then, go to: Canvas Ideas and Themes - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com).  Click on the blue "View and Submit Ideas" button.  On the next page, click on the blue "Submit an Idea" button.
