Read Aloud/Natural Reader/Accessibility in New Quizzes Broken

Last spring we researched a read-aloud extension for our Chromebooks that would work with all aspects of Canvas, including New Quizzes.  We landed on Natural Reader for several reasons, including the fact that it worked with New Quizzes and worked for us using only the free version.

At some point over the summer something broke within New Quizzes, and now when our users use Natural Reader on quiz they receive the attached read back to them.

It seems there is some sort of copy protection in place with the quiz or something that keeps Natural Reader from working properly with New Quizzes. "The following content is partner provided" is the message we are receiving.

Any chance that this is an accident and something that can be fixed?
