What is the Adoption Toolkit?
We heard you—there’s a growing need for more clarity and resources around New Quizzes. With recent improvements to the experience, we’ve created a toolkit to help streamline learning, planning, and adoption.
The New Quizzes Adoption Toolkit is designed to serve as an introductory resource for institutions at any stage of their New Quizzes (NQ) journey. Whether you're just beginning to explore its new features or are already underway with adoption efforts, this toolkit provides essential context, guidance, and actionable steps to help your teams feel informed and confident as they move forward.
It’s structured around a “Crawl, Walk, Run” framework, intentionally flexible to meet the needs of diverse institutions—regardless of your current readiness or implementation phase. This approach supports steady, incremental progress while laying the foundation for long-term success.
Adoption Guides
The resources below offer practical guidance for successful Change Management, Training, and User Engagement. You'll find email templates, sample training plans, communication strategies, and technical enablement ideas—all designed to support a smooth and informed adoption experience.
Crawl
You're in the early stages of exploring and adopting New Quizzes. Specific departments and instructors may have expressed interest in adopting New Quizzes, with reasons ranging from enhanced accommodation support to new question types. The goal is to begin adoption within individuals within these departments.
Walk
You are seeing growing momentum across multiple departments who've begun using New Quizzes. While full institutional adoption may not yet be the goal, there’s enough readiness that a phased rollout is both necessary and achievable.
Run
