Importing badges from open badge passport

Hi all, I am trying to import badges from open badge passport into canvas badges.

Using the badge TXT file downloaded from OBP doesn't work (end with a 502 error after a minute or so). Uploading the .PNG gives an "unknown badge, badge import failed" error, with a long HEX string of  UUID code:

Badge import failed. Please contact Canvas Badges Support for assistance.

I couldn't find a way to contact support since when clicking on "support" i'm redirected here.

can anyone figure out what's being wrong? This is the badge i'm importing:

update: after 24h, the badge now appears in the passport as it should. No idea why 😁
