About
At EAB, our mission is to make education smarter and our communities stronger. We harness the collective power of more than 1,900 schools, colleges, and universities to uncover and apply proven practices and transformative insights. And since complex problems require multifaceted solutions, we work with each school differently to apply these insights through a customized blend of research, technology, and services. From kindergarten to college and beyond, EAB partners with education leaders, practitioners, and staff to accelerate progress and drive results across three key areas:
- Student Success: We aid our partners in supporting and graduating more students by providing technology that combines analytics, intervention, and collaboration tools with a complete suite of direct-to-student support in web and mobile applications.
- Enrollment Success: We help our partners find and enroll the right students using data-driven marketing services that attract greater interest from qualified prospects. In doing so, we help to build lasting relationships between students and our partners and optimize financial aid resources.
- Institutional Success: We help partners prepare for the future by giving administrative leaders unprecedented visibility into institutional business metrics and peer performance benchmarks to help make smart resource trade-offs, improve academic efficiency, and grow academic program revenues.
We customize our partnership to focus on impact metrics of most importance to each partner and tailor the platform and support around those goals.

EAB believes in the importance of accessibility for all users. Accessibility for users with disabilities is a core and ongoing part of EAB’s Student Success Management System Roadmap. We design and develop our solution with accessibility standards and best practices in mind, with a central goal to deliver accessible technology (WCAG 2.1 AA compliant) for all feature releases. As a commitment to continuous improvement, we have invested in an internal Accessibility Team, including representatives from Experience Design, Product Management, Development and Quality Assurance, specifically dedicated to accessibility tracking and remediation. We run our accessibility tools daily against our platform and use the results to drive improvements.
