WISEflow is a cloud-based end-to-end digital assessment platform that supports the assessment and feedback lifecycle for students, assessors, administrators and assessment authors. The system provides functionality to create, deliver, manage and monitor a wide range of assessment formats.
WISEflow is a role-based system which enables activities to be allocated to specific users based on the part that they play in the assessment process. WISEflow is integrated with Canvas through LTI 1.3.

WISEflow has been developed and designed to meet the needs of all the people who want or need to use it. Within WISEflow we pursue the principle of Universal Design, where design is “the design and composition of an environment so that it can be accessed, understood and used to the greatest extent possible by all people regardless of their age, size, ability or disability”.

Security
UNIwise is exercising a comprehensive and methodical IT Security scheme of policies, process description, access controls, risk management and documentation following international standard framework of ISO 27001. Our IT Security framework and how we adhere to it are annually audited by an external party.
UNIwise is currently ISAE 3402 certified and will continue to maintain these certifications and/or other substantially similar or equivalent certifications. The technical and organisational measures defined herein are implemented on the basis of the international standard ISO 27001 and ISO 27018. UNIwise shall maintain controls materially as protective as those provided in the ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 or other substantially similar or equivalent certification requirements.
UNIwise utilises third party data centres that maintain ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 certifications. All platform data is stored within EU and UNIwise utilize multi-factor authentication on all accounts, together with detailed security measures described below.
