Introduction
Learning Services is pleased to announce the release of a new training course, Lincoln Learning: Innovative Tools, Empowered Educators, developed by Lincoln Learning Solutions. The course has been added to the On-Demand Training Portal on June 4, 2025.
Lincoln Learning Solutions fuses our progressive teacher-created curriculum and technology solutions with superior personalized customer service to provide educational solutions aimed at district, school, teacher, and student success. They have partnered with Instructure to create an engaging training course that can be accessed from the On-Demand Training Portal. Institutions with an Essentials, Standard, or Premium subscription to the Training Portal will have access to this course (learn more about available subscription levels). Course Description
Lincoln Learning Solutions provides Canvas educators the ability to use our Empowered K-12 courses which are ready to use and require no additional set up. Also, the Lincoln Content Bank is an LTI tool containing nearly 110,000 learning assets for educators to easily utilize for course creation, differentiation, personalization, and so much more. The plug-in tool allows teachers to search and filter through assets they can add directly to their course without leaving Canvas.
Upon completion of this course, a verifiable, digital badge is awarded so learners can showcase a credential as evidence of learning. This course provides in-depth information and use cases of this tool for those looking for a deeper application than what may be found in a guide. This course provides real-life scenarios to provide context and use cases for the variety of ways Lincoln Learning products and services improve educational outcomes.
