Can students post an image as an answer

I teach a business statistics course and I would like to use Canvas quizzes to test how well my students can make plots of data. I'd like them to make a plot in excel maybe save it as a jpeg and then insert it as the answer to a Canvas question. I'm not sure what format the question would take, maybe an essay?

An Essay question is what I would use for this. The essay questions provide full access to the Rich Content Editor. That gives students the ability to embed images, or in my case, use the equation editor to show their work in Algebra class.

A far-distant second choice would be the file upload question type.
