The Canvas Teacher app on the iPad crashes when I am marking an assignment and select comments.
I receive this error message: "Whoops! Something went wrong on our end. Don't worry, we've recorded this and will be taking care of it shortly."
This only started happening yesterday. I have tried all of the following with no success:
(1) iPad restart and hard restart
(2) uninstall and reinstall Canvas app
(3) updating iOS to 14.2
Is this issue still happening? There hasn't been an update to the app since October, so it's possible this could be an issue with iOS 14.2. I would suggest if you haven't already to contact your local tech support so they can investigate and report this issue. Hope this helps.
