We are having problems with eCampus using iPads with OS 10.3.3. When our students click on assignments they get a blank screen. On iPad OS 11. assignments show up fine. Also on a PC assignment show up good. Our IS administrator claims eCampus will no longer work below OS 11. Our school has close to 600 iPads that will be rendered useless using eCampus. Has anyone heard of this or know a fix? Thanks

My guess is that it's not supported for iOS 11 anymore, but you were able to download the app on these devices before support was dropped. This might be why it's on the iPads, but features are not working anymore. So, in this case, you will no longer get any updates and if you wipe the iPads, you won't be able to download them again (of course this might vary with your MDM software).
I would suggest you reach out to your CSM and discuss options, but right now the web is the only option, unfortunately.
In addition we tried Chrome and Safari browsers. Cleared cache on each.
The Canvas Student app (v 6.6.3) requires iOS 11.0 or newer. Just to clarify, your students are navigating to Canvas through the mobile browser rather than the app, correct?
We are accessing eCampus through our browser portal. It forwards to the web based eCampus not the app. We have the app installed but when we click school (Seminole County Public Schools) on the app it doesn't show anything.
