If you haven't, please be sure to read the entire threads that Stefanie provided and not just the titles. We're batting almost 100% with this issue being some extension and we have found that in some cases, disabling the extension for a particular website isn't enough. My wife had to completely remove Honey, not just disable it. It might be some other extension besides Ghostery that is causing the problem. There have been about 5 extensions listed to have caused problems in the multiple times this has been reported in the Community.
You can also report the issue to Canvas Support by clicking Help and choosing Report a Problem. If you're a Ghostery user, though, you'll probably be able to figure it out on your own by systematically disabling extensions to find the one causing the issue.
