[ARCHIVED] Why the test report indicates: No answer text provided?

Hi. 

I need help with the statistics of my tests. I noticed that the questions where I used the app Mathtype, at the moment of watch and download the item report it appears this text: No answer text provided. For this reason I can't identify what answers were chosen by the students. I noticed that this happened only with the questions where I wrote equations as an answer. 

I hope you can help me, either to change the settings of my tests or modifying the way of writing the answer options.
