Grade Passback Errors

We have had several teachers in our district getting this type of error message for both individual students as well as entire assignments

The specified lineItem.sourcedId value '203f0657-dd07-3ace-8329-754bc5e75002-438032-684956' is not valid.

Some times it gets resolved when we do an individual sync of the assignments but we had some cases where that does not resolve the issue.

We have tried resetting the SIS Integration, deleting assignments, and then doing the Remaster Grade Passback but the problem continues.

My biggest question is to figure out what the actual error message means so that we can determine whether it is a problem on the Canvas or PowerSchool side of Grade Passback.
