I am the Instructional Technology Coordinator for my school. We are rolling Canvas out this year, and are experiencing intermittent sync errors (or intermittent success) when trying grade passback. I believe that I have all settings set correctly, as a few teachers have experienced success, while others get a Kimono Timeout Error after roughly 10 hours of either a scheduled or forced sync being requested. When they correctly passback, they do so in a minute at most. And those (2) teachers who are timing out always do so and never work. Any help or experience with this issue is greatly appreciated.
Quick update - we found an inconsistency in class names due to instructors moving positions from last year to this year; problem solved!
