Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community for assistance with a SIS upload. When you say you uploaded parent courses, can you elaborate a little for us? Are they templates or perhaps, Blueprint courses ? Did you use the courses.csv format per our documentation ? SIS Import Format Documentation - Canvas LMS REST API Documentation . Did you try entering searching for the courses in the course search function under "courses" at the account level? Are you able to locate any of the courses there? Lastly, under account, admin reports, you can download a provisioning report with all of your instance's courses. Do you see any of them there ?
You also mentioned, "how do we check in Canvas why the account is not appearing?". I am a little confused, and perhaps you can provide some additional information so we can better understand the issue with the account.
