SIS: TEAMS (Prologic)

As a  Canvas admin in a PK-12 district in Texas that uses a SIS called TEAMS, I wanted to create a discussion that could serve to facilitate communication between TEAMS and Canvas users going forward. Hi Stephen! We are using TEAMS and CANVAS here in AustinISD. We are working diligently on the grade pass back. Most recently we are up against multiple due dates! We too would love to hear how others are handling the challenges of TEAMS and CANVAS.

We've had some success with matching up categories in TEAMS with the Assignment Groups in Canvas. Initially, we were seeing some pass back occur with Assignments populating but are now encountering many inconsistencies. 

• Random date changes
• Incomplete grade pass back per assignment
• Working closely with CSM to get files back from Instructure earlier to get processing time down
• Working out some challenges with multiple due dates using a new script

We plan on being present at NTXCUG this week so hope to chat with you on specifics.
