SSO to Clever FROM Canvas

We already have Canvas set up to authenticate through SAML, but are looking into Clever. We don't want to change our Canvas authentication and we want Canvas to be the "hub" where everyone goes first. Is there a way that when users SSO into Canvas, that they automatically get signed into Clever? The idea is that we could possibly create the clever dashboard as an iframe in a Canvas page, but since the user is already signed into Canvas, they would see the appropriate clever dashboard.
Anybody ever done this?
