Sync with FACTS

Hello, we are a school that is new to FACTS this year and are looking for support with syncing grades in Canvas with our SIS, FACTS. We seem to be missing some required functionality. Also, will we be able to be sync grades at the admin level or will teachers be responsible for completing this process as required? Appreciate any help!
