Dear Community Members,

A year ago when the new Catalog Analytics launched, we removed the chart, which was a part of Catalog's reports page. That page became redundant as it got merged to the new Analytics, however, based on our initial discovery, it didn't seem to have much value for the most of you.

Well, it seems like we were, in fact, wrong. In the previous year we got tons of feedback that you want the chart back, as it provided an overview for you, which were easy to look at.

So, during our last Hackweek - where the theme was giving back something to the Community, we thought we would listen to you and your frequently requested need - that you want the chart back!

And that’s exactly what we did. We restored the chart in Catalog Analytics! While the functionality remains the same as before, we’ve added the option to make the charts optional. This means you have the flexibility to show or hide the chart according to your needs.

We hope this small but significant change demonstrates our commitment to meeting the needs of our the Community. Your feedback is invaluable to our process, so please continue to share your thoughts and suggestions with us.

Best,
The Catalog Team
