We have been blown away by the new AI solutions being developed by both our existing valued partners and by new emerging edtech providers. Our Emerging AI Marketplace partners have agreed to our privacy and security commitments in order to bring their AI tools to your Instructure experience. 

The Emerging AI Marketplace is not just a product; it's a new dimension of possibility, designed to empower educators and learners with unprecedented capabilities.

1. Visit the Beta Emerging AI Marketplace.
2. Check out the AI products from our partners: Khan Academy, NOLEJ AI, Noodle Factory, Copyleaks, Praxis, Magic EdTech, Insights by eLumen, and Trinka.
3. Add your institution to the waitlist by joining the waitlist on each product card. A limited number of institutions will be selected from the waitlist during the beta period for a limited free trial.
4. Add our partner’s tools to your Instructure account. If selected, you will receive integration instructions to integrate our partner’s LTIs into your Instructure account.

Contrarian here.  How in the world are faculty going to understand this avalanche of information and opportunity over a technology that a good many of them view with grave suspicion?  I can barely keep up myself!  I think the hype needs to be toned down, respectfully.

@GGummess you make a very good point. I actually just wrote a LinkedIn article about AI not being the solution. I think the hype is warranted to a certain degree, but it's not the silver bullet people are hoping for. As a tool, AI has the potential to help us solve some age-old problems, but it relies entirely on how we choose to use it, and how easy we make it for others to understand and use themselves. Just like blockchain, people don't care about the underlying technology. They just want to know that it helps them to achieve their goals, making their lives easier, and that it's safe.

There's much to learn about and much to do with AI solutions for sure. At the core, it's a tool and as they say, "right tool, right job." AI solutions like ours at Praxis AI can be tailored, turned off and on for students and used as faculty see fit. But it's definitely early days and we look forward to the journey and are happy to be one of the first on the Emerging AI Marketplace!
