We are committed to providing a reliable and efficient service for your data needs, and as part of this commitment, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on our CD2 API infrastructure. This maintenance is essential for ensuring continued performance, stability, and security across all regions.
Maintenance Schedule
The maintenance will take place over several days, with each region experiencing a downtime of approximately 3 hours. During this period, both data freshness and querying capabilities will be temporarily affected. To minimize disruption, we have scheduled these updates during periods of lower usage, beginning with smaller regions.

Impact on Service
During the scheduled maintenance, the CD2 API will not be available. Users attempting to access the API will receive a notification of the downtime and a link to this blog post for further information. Internal applications (e.g. Intelligent Insights, Canvas Analytics) which are utilizing data from our Data Access Platform (DAP) will continue to be operational, but during the maintenance time window, the data will be stale. We will ensure that our teams are available to support a smooth transition and address any concerns you may have.
Important Consideration
If you are unsure which region your services are associated with, you can check it using https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/dig/ by putting in your canvas url and it will give you a technical name which you can look up in the table above. It is important to identify your region to plan accordingly for any potential disruptions during the maintenance window.
