With April now behind us, we're officially concluding the Modernized SpeedGrader Early Adopter Program. Thank you for your time, attention, and partnership in our first official Early Adopter initiative. Over the past month, we’ve gathered invaluable feedback from those who participated in testing—and made several key improvements as a direct result of your input. We appreciate your role in shaping the evolution of this refreshed grading experience. We hope you and your faculty find the new SpeedGrader familiar, yet faster and more performant than ever.
As this program wraps up, we kindly ask all participants to submit final feedback no later than Wednesday, May 7 by 5:00pm MST. Your input will help us validate our release plans for the broader Canvas community.
We’re tentatively planning to include the Modernized SpeedGrader during the June 21 Canvas Production Release, where it will be off by default and optional for all Canvas customers. While it will be available to all users at that time, you’re welcome—and encouraged—to continue using it at your institution. We hope early access has been valuable, especially as many of you head into final exams.
After the EAP feedback form closes on May 7th, please continue to share any further observations in the closed Community User group. Our team will actively monitor this forum for new issues or concerns.
