First off, a big thank you to everyone who participated in the early adopter program for Modernized SpeedGrader. Your thoughtful feedback—both positive and constructive—has helped us uncover performance issues, usability gaps, and feature differences, which we’ve been actively working to address.

I noticed that when a student resubmits an assignment, I no longer have the option to "use previous grade for this submission." To get around this I have to change the grade and then change it back to get ti to save for the new submission.

I do not like is that I gave comments to a student, when they resubmit I cannot see those comments in line. I need to select a previous submission to see the old comments. Thus is incredibly unhelpful for me and my students (if they cannot see the comments in one place).

Let's start from the top left. The 3 icons - gradebook, hide grades and settings are invisible. The assignment name and information (due date) is either blue or purple on a dark background. All other information on the top right is also invisible. I can't easily know who has submitted the assignment I am looking at. The full screen button and highlight also doesn't work.

When you press enter in the comments section to separate lines of your comment, the system gets rid of that when you press "Submit" and puts all of the lines of your comment together. It can make the comment hard to read.

When grading new quizzes, dots don't show up next to student names that have quizzes needing to be graded. It's frustrating because I can't tell who needs to be graded.

It seems that some courses have the submission icon and other don't. There are courses that do not have the submission icon - AKA the "orange dot." When you have a course of 200+ students you need the ability to see where your submissions are and without it, it makes it incredibly hard to navigate grading. Also, it seems that in these courses without the orange dot it fails to add the completed green mark unless the page is refreshed when it used to add it in live time so you know where you left off.

When a URL submission is submitted by a student, there is no way for teacher to view what that URL that was only the snapshot is included - the previous version would provide the readout at the top with the link included.
