Student/Class alignment

After I was switched to the new SpeedGrader, some of my students show up in multiple classes, and some don't show up at all. I have cross listed my similar classes, and when I click on 1 section, I don't always see the students I'm supposed to see in that section. Is anyone else having this issue?
