Bio:
Nelson Ricardo is a Systems Analyst with the Academic Services team at Columbia University Information Technology (CUIT). He previously worked with the Application Development team of the Information Technology Group at Columbia Business School.
Before joining Columbia, Nelson worked for nearly sixteen years in the client accounting department of a major global law firm, most recently as a systems supervisor.
Nelson was born and raised in Yonkers, New York, and currently resides in Brooklyn. He holds a B.A. in economics from New York University. Nelson is fluent in Portuguese and has studied Latin, Spanish, and Italian.
