How does the new RCE handle subaccounts using different LTIs? We have certain LTIs are that are available in the root account but not in our subaccount and vice versa. How can we make sure the users in our subaccount see only the LTIs available to them? We would not want to see a favorited LTI that is not available in our subaccount and we (at the subaccount) would want to be able to favorite the LTIs that are only available in our subaccount.  ... In the old gradebook, you could click on the speech bubble in the upper right corner of the student grading cell and open a window that is similar to the new grade detail tray. One thing missing is the ability to download the uploaded file from there. I know it is possible from SpeedGrader but it's so many extra clicks to get to SpeedGrader, it would be great if this functionality still existed from the gradebook.  ... View more

As much as I appreciate the attention being paid to the comments in this thread, is Instructure doing any actual user testing? I hope these proposed changes are being put in front of users to see their behavior and to identify points of confusion. Is there any timeline for when these changes will hit beta? Since old gradebook is going away in January, this is forcing everyone into several significant UI changes in a short amount of time.  ... View more

Would it be possible to bring beta release notes back? For the limited time Post Policies was in beta, I tried to submit several tickets based on assumptions we had from conversations with our CSM and Product folks. The support team had no documentation and dismissed my issues because they said there was no expected behavior without the documentation.  ... View more

Thank you for this!  Is it possible to download all of a student's submissions in one place? This is something our faculty often ask for as they want to be able to view several submissions from the same student at once. We recommend they open SpeedGrader in separate tabs (which new gradebook will make much easier) as a workaround.  ... View more

The option should definitely be included as you cannot unpublish a quiz/assignment that already contains student submissions in the original course. If your course is published, copying in a published quiz/assignment immediately generates a notification to all students. ... View more
