My role as director of studies for mediation institute is the convergence of two of my passions.
Facilitating growth and learning and reducing violence and damaging conflict.
I've been running small specialist training providers who partner with RTO's for a number of years.
We provide the materials, training and assessment and our partner RTO's provide the validation and issue the qualifications.
