I should be able to use the scheduler to set up appointment slots for office hours for one week and then have an option for Canvas to automatically create the same schedule on subsequent weeks.

I know how to mute/hide an assignment. Would either method hide annotations made in speedgrader, comments left in a rubric, or comments left in the comment box?

Is that right? It doesn't make sense. If I manually assign reviews I am assigning a person to a person. The students need a date when they know that will happen.In any case, it is a mess. We need a da...

I would also like for peer reviews to be connected to groups. That is, if the students are in groups they would only receive a peer review assignment for someone else in the same group.

That would be helpful. It would still be good if the student view of the grade book just showed letter grades.

I would recommend not trying to add it on. Canvas prefers separate requests. Let me know if you put it up though, I will vote for it.
