One of our tables, requests, has over 1,000,000,000 rows in it.  Since redshift doesn't support indexes, it's a very cumbersome table to work with.What is the plan for scale in the future?

I stumbled over these while trying to do some aggregate functions.  There are 45,588 entries in my submission_dim table that don't have a match in the submission_fact table.  Does this mean something ...
