Bio:
I am an Instructional Designer with over 13 years of experience in academic technology and higher education. I am the LMS administrator for Bellin and was responsible for handling the migration from Moodle to Canvas and everything that went along with that. I am very thankful for a great customer success team that makes an onsite one-man operation possible. I am also the principal trainer for the system and help faculty with course design and implementation.
Primarily I consider my role as an advocate for users and an ambassador for solutions, which is often complicated, challenging, and requires patience, empathy, and grace under pressure. I am passionate about providing quality support that engages, encourages, and empowers. Ultimately, I strive to leave people better off than they were when we met.
