My course did have an SISID but still no Reset button. Then I realized my course was a blueprint. Unchecking the Blueprint box made the Reset Course button appear.
Hi Noah - We ended up not using Mastery Paths as our solution (due to this issue) so I don't know if the behavior is still happening. When I have time, I'll check again. Thanks for your reply....
