Andrew Blick is Director of Programs, Planning, and Design in Outreach and Continuing Education (OCE) and oversees WesternOnline, Summer Session, WWU in the High School, and manages planning and assessment for OCE programs. He has been with OCE since 2010 and works with a variety of units to support their operations. He has published and presented on areas related to assessment in education, instructional design, program development, and new media rhetoric. He holds a Ph.D. in Technical Communication and Rhetoric (TTU), a M.Ed. in Adult Education (WWU), a B.A. in Spanish and Linguistics (WWU), and certificates in Teaching Technical Communication (TTU), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (WWU), and Bilingual Education (WWU).
